The Key Family
Welcome to the Family! At Key Racquetball we bring you into our family as one of our own. Our family is committed to growing the sport that we love. We eat, sleep, breath racquetball.
Our family’s love for racquetball began many years ago. Karen was introduced to racquetball at the age of 25 and her passion for the sport grew to a life long love. This journey blessed her with the opportunity to play on the women's pro tour, build a successful business, develop lifelong friends and her family. Darold, on the other hand, started playing racquetball as an alternative to tennis in the Marine Corps. As fate would have it, their paths crossed and destiny took over. Darold was working to recruit Karen’s brother and in order to achieve that, Darold had to beat Karen in racquetball. Darold ended up losing the game but winning the girl. The love and passion for the sport continued to blossom after they were married in 1986. Soon after they started their own business dedicated to the sport, suitably named Key Racquetball. It was only a matter of time before they were blessed with two lovely girls, Michelle and Danielle. We have been a racquetball family ever sense!
Over the years we have grown our family to include all of our racquetball friends. We love racquetball and the relationships that they bring. We welcome you to be apart of our Key Racquetball family.

The DLR Love StoryBoth Daniel and I grew up in Racquetball. Daniel represented Mexico all through Juniors and now for the Adult team. I did the same but for the USA and not nearly as well. Needless to say we both knew each others names but never gave each other much attention, after all we were worlds apart. As outdoor racquetball continued to grow it captured both of our attention. I was looking for a partner to play with and my dad (Darold) suggested Daniel. Daniel with all his charm played hard to get and made me ask him numerous times before finally saying yes in front of all his friends. Our chemistry was undeniable from the start and bloomed into a wonderful relationship. Over the years Daniel and I fell deeper and deeper in love and started morphing into a family. We got married in a private backyard wedding with family only. Soon after we were blessed with our beautiful baby girl. We love our growing family and can't wait for our next adventure.
